At Talking Heads, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
